The Executive Committee (EC) is responsible for leading and coordinating the operations and functioning of POPCORN and is accountable to to the Governance Committee . The role of the EC is to:

• Provide direction to the network and final decisions on network operations, including internal project proposals

• Provide approval of current allocation of the CIHR grant funds

• Issue final approvals of new project proposals and their proposed budget(s)

• Review recommendations from SC on new and existing project proposals

• Provide final approval of requests to use POPCORN data

• Approve new data domains and modules

• Approve manuscripts
